We are committed to providing a high quality legal service to all our clients. When something goes wrong we need you to tell us about it. This will help us improve our standards.
Our Complaints Procedure
If you have a complaint, you are entitled to complain, so please contact us with as much information as you can provide. There will be no charge in respect of work done in responding to your complain. The best way is to write, with details of your complaint, to our office, for the attention of the senior partner, Andrew Twambley. Alternatively, e-mail him on a.twambley@amelans.co.uk
