Andrew Twambley, Managing Partner of Amelans Solicitors, received the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award at this year’s Claims Innovation Awards ceremony which took place on the 8th May 2013 at the Hilton Deansgate Hotel in Manchester.
The annual Claims Innovation Awards ceremony celebrates the excellence and success of firms, teams and individuals from across the personal injury sector who have demonstrated their ability to innovate, grow and raise standards within the industry.
Andrew, who created Amelans in 1989, has been a claimant personal injury solicitor for many years and has been involved in ground breaking cases such as Callery v Gray and Sarwar v Alam. He is also a director and spokesperson for Injurylawyers4u, the UKs leading solicitors marketing consortium. With his continual focus on strategic forward thinking for the brand, Andrew has worked tirelessly since its formation in 2002 to ensure its prominence in the world of personal injury claims.
With 2013 being a year of considerable change for the personal injury world, Andrews contribution to the legal services market has been noted by many. In 2012 he opened up the InjuryLawyers4u panel for the first time in 8 years. This has enabled more law firms to benefit from this highly successful legal marketing consortium at a time when the future may have seemed somewhat uncertain. Andrews determination to step up to the mark and embrace the changes and reforms that have been introduced in 2013 has shown that he is a great ambassador for the personal injury legal market and a worthy winner of this award.
