Road accident
It is a regrettable fact that road accidents are the most common cause of personal injury claims.
Whatever type of injury you have suffered, you are legally entitled to compensation if somebody else is to blame, for example:
- You were the driver or passenger in a vehicle that was involved in an accident caused by another road user
- You were a pedestrian or cyclist and you were hit by a moving vehicle
Even if you are a victim of 'hit and run' or the third party was driving a stolen vehicle or had no insurance - you may still be able to make a claim.
Start your compensation claim now - don't delay
The sooner you contact us, the clearer the facts will be in your mind. This will help to give us the best possible start when we investigate your claim.
Important note - avoid your insurer
If you use your own insurers, this may affect your no claims bonus. It is also possible that your insurer may be the same as (or has a relationship with) the other party's insurers! Whatever you do, avoid those insurers and anyone who may be involved with them. You need independent advice.
